Internally, EPIC’s amenities will align with the premium standards of The District — including pool and spa areas, social lounges, rooftop terraces, wellness zones, and potential commercial / gastronomic spaces at the lower levels. The concept positions EPIC not only as a residential tower, but as a focal point of the renewed cultural, social, and strategic identity for Calle Uruguay. In short, EPIC emerges as the architectural crown in the continuing metamorphosis of Calle Uruguay: a vertical statement of contemporary urban living, with well-considered dimensions, spectacular vantage points, and a role in reimagining the street’s character for the coming decades.
