Community and human relationships are the foundations of MOVA. It is inspired by traditional cities, architecture, and landscaping. It honors the masters who preceded us and uses the foundational elements of architecture as a catalyst to create a lasting legacy for the dynamic population of Panama.
We seek to connect, awaken curiosity, and strengthen the sense of community in Obarrio. We achieve this through the application of the superblock concept - observed in the design of multiple European cities - where several blocks are grouped together, connected through their sidewalks and activities, to generate that flow of people that gives life and enriches this urban space.

The 15-Minute City Concept
MOVA introduces the concept of the quarter-hour city to Obarrio, which allows its inhabitants to find the main services to meet their essential needs within 15 minutes distance - either walking or cycling. This is facilitated by its two access streets, which reform the superblock and open the doors to a world full of comforts and amenities.
This project integrates into the neighborhood and highlights its existing virtues.
