The tenement house’s original appearance is the work of Karl Janish. The tenement house façade resembles the most prestigious buildings, such as Vienna’s Hyatt Hotel. Inside, the staircases with original elevator shafts impress. Corridors with historic wooden built-ins will retain their historical character.
The highest quality is also visible in details such as natural stone, exotic wood, and marble elements. Decorative balustrades, door joinery, window grilles, stucco decorations of ceilings and walls, and wooden partitions will be renovated in accordance with the recommendations of the Historic Monuments Conservator.
