Benoit Sansoucy

Benoit Sansoucy has nearly twenty years of experience in the real estate sector as a licensed real estate broker. He advises a private clientele, often composed of business leaders, on residential, commercial, and industrial transactions that are frequently complex in nature. Through this sustained practice, he has developed a practical understanding of the real economy, growth dynamics, and the strategic challenges organizations face.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec since 2020 and has been Chair since 2023. In this role, he contributes to the organization’s strategic direction and governance oversight. He also served for five years on the Board of Directors of Centris, a key organization within Québec’s real estate ecosystem.

He holds both an Airline Transport Pilot Licence and a professional helicopter pilot licence and is recognized for his discipline, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to make sound decisions in demanding environments.

A Certified Corporate Director (ASC), he completed the university governance program at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés of Université Laval in January 2026. He is also actively involved in his community, supporting organizations including the Montreal Heart Institute, the McCord Museum, the Charles-Bruneau Foundation, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
