Bob Nathan

Originally from Chicago, Bob Nathan discovered Arizona’s desert beauty and lifestyle while attending Arizona State University, graduating in 1978 and choosing to make Arizona his home. Having experienced firsthand what makes the area such a desirable place to live, he pursued a career in real estate to help others make the same discovery. More than a property expert, Bob is a lifestyle specialist.

Bob began his real estate career in 1978, joining his brother Nate at Nathan & Associates, a land brokerage firm. After 18 years, they partnered with DMB to form DMB Realty, where Bob served as Designated Broker and managed custom home site sales at DC Ranch. Under his leadership, the team successfully sold more than 250 custom home sites.

In 2004, Bob founded RH Nathan & Company, expanding his expertise within DC Ranch, Silverleaf, and surrounding communities. Four years later, he joined Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, quickly becoming one of the firm’s top-producing agents. In 2014, Bob joined Engel & Völkers, drawn to the boutique luxury brand’s international reach and shared professional values.

Bob’s deep connection to DC Ranch and Silverleaf forms the foundation of his success. He has lived in six homes in DC Ranch and built five custom homes. “My passion and experience for building homes flows into my work,” Bob says. “I love standing on a lot and visualizing what could be built there.” Doing what he loves is what defines Bob Nathan’s success.
