Dawn Maddux

With more than 25 years of experience in strategic marketing, advertising, and media placement, Dawn is one of Montana’s most accomplished real estate leaders. A top-producing broker even during the 2010 recession, she has consistently set new benchmarks in the Western Montana market through innovation, dedication, and deep local expertise.

Dawn began her career at Windermere Real Estate, earning “Newcomer of the Year” from the Missoula Organization of Realtors. In 2013, she founded Maddux Real Estate Group, which she successfully sold to Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014. There, she became the company’s top-producing broker with the largest listing portfolio. In 2017, she acquired the Engel & Völkers franchise for Western Montana, opening her first office in downtown Missoula. Today, Engel & Völkers Western Frontier spans 11 offices across Montana, Idaho, and Washington, supported by a team of 150 advisors and staff.

In 2018, Dawn ranked #1 real estate agent in Montana by sales volume, selling the state’s largest residential property and brokering the highest-value Flathead Lake sale in over a decade. She has been consistently recognized on Real Trends + Tom Ferry’s America’s Best list, named one of Newsweek’s Top Real Estate Professionals, and has closed more than $1 billion in sales.
