Felix Jasmin

The first real estate broker recruited by Engel & Völkers in Quebec, Félix Jasmin was the sixth broker to be inducted into the highly selective “Private Office” group before turning 40. Deeply involved in philanthropy and his community for many years, he primarily supports initiatives related to the arts, health research, and the protection and development of youth.He served as Honorary President of the Agora de la danse benefit gala in 2023 and 2024, has been a main partner of La Foulée des parcs since 2022 and Le Grand Portage since 2021, the official presenter of the SDC Laurier Ouest, and is involved in numerous foundations including Marie-Vincent, Procure, Entr’Elles, Outremont en famille, Bruny Surin, EKIP Jeunesse, MAC, CHUM, Ste-Justine, and others. He has also served on the board of directors of Mandoline Hybride (contemporary dance) since 2024.

Félix has been a speaker or panelist in Rome, Paris, Mallorca, Phoenix, Chicago, Austin, Las Vegas, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, and Whistler.

With several record-breaking transactions to his name, he has built an enviable reputation in Quebec’s luxury real estate market, where he has been practicing for 20 years.
