Holly and her family moved from San Francisco to San Miguel de Allende in 2003. After a year, they purchased land and built a working ranch from the ground up, installing all infrastructure—electricity, roads, and water—according to local permits. Holly’s Ranch became a luxury vacation rental development with horses and a true country living experience. This process sparked her interest in real estate.

Fully bilingual in Spanish, Holly immersed herself in Mexican culture. Together with her family and their Cabo-based business partner, Querencia, she is developing Rancho Sol Dorado, a luxury countryside community. Holly is also passionate about rescuing and placing dogs in forever homes through her local connections.

In 2012, Holly became a licensed realtor in San Miguel, quickly becoming a top producer by applying her business acumen and market knowledge. She listens carefully to her clients, helping them purchase dream properties or sell for maximum return, with a talent for matching clients to the right inventory. Known for her dedication, ethics, and attention to legal clarity, Holly collaborates seamlessly with fellow agents, focusing on the luxury market.

In 2024, Holly was inducted into Engel & Völkers Private Office and received the Chairman’s Circle Award, recognizing her exceptional achievements and service.
