Jeremy Spilkin

Jeremy graduated from the Royal Military College in 2006 with a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, subsequently serving nine years in the Canadian Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer attached to the CF-18 fleet. Discovering the real-estate industry through a friend, he decided to earn his license as an agent in the Province of Quebec, founding the National Military Relocation Network shortly thereafter.In 2014, he earned his license to sell real estate in Ontario, allowing him to improve the quality of service for the military community posted in or out of the NCR. A consistent top producer in the industry, Jeremy ranked among the top 75 agents/brokers in the entire country in terms of units sold by an individual within his previous brokerage in 2015 and 2016. In 2015, he appeared in the Young Guns edition of Real Estate Professional Magazine (REP), saluting the national trailblazers of the industry, under the age of 35.Jeremy became a part of renowned brokerage Engel & Völkers Ottawa Central in 2017. His history as a top producer combined with Engel & Völkers’ unmatched international reach and progressive marketing was a natural fit.Jeremy is an active supporter of both veterans, troops, and local charities; participating yearly in the Ottawa and Aylmer Remembrance Day Parade, donating to both the Military Family Resource Center – National Capital Region (MFRC-NC), and the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).
