Julie Konig

With over eleven years at Engel & Völkers and a professional background rooted in banking — developed across Germany and Marbella — Julie König brings a rare combination of financial rigour and genuine passion for luxury real estate to everything she does. From her very first year in the industry, she recognised that property was not simply a career, but a vocation.

Based on the Costa del Sol, Julie specialises in the Marbella East corridor, with particular expertise across Los Monteros, Marbesa, Elviria, and Río Real — some of the region's most dynamic and sought-after addresses. Since january 2024 she has served as Manager of Marbella East, leading a team of eleven agents with the same commitment and discipline that has defined her own trajectory: one of consistent, year-on-year growth in both results and influence within the network.

Her integration into the Engel & Völkers Private Office reflects that sustained performance. Entrusted with the most discerning international clientele, Julie delivers the level of personalised service, discretion, and market intelligence that ultra-prime buyers and sellers demand.

Beyond her professional achievements, Julie embodies the values that define the Engel & Völkers philosophy: integrity, long-term relationships, and an authentic connection to the communities she serves. A mother and a naturally social person, she understands that trust is built as much through character as through expertise.

Fluent in German, Spanish, and English, she operates effortlessly across cultures, bringing warmth and professionalism in equal measure to every client relationship.
