Magnus Jennemyr is a Swedish, Miami-based real estate broker specializing in elite residential and commercial properties. As the sole Engel & Völkers Private Office Advisor in Miami, he ranks among the country’s top-producing brokers.

Before moving to Miami in 2004, Magnus spent 15 years in London as a venture capitalist, focusing on financial incubation, marketing strategy, and business development for technology start-ups across EMEA markets. His clients included Morgan Stanley, Juniper Networks, and NetScreen, experience that honed his ability to guide investors through complex, competitive markets.

In 2008, Magnus became Managing Broker for Pointe Group Realty, overseeing assets across Florida and personally executing $100M+ in transactions until the firm’s acquisition by Colliers International in 2014. In 2015, he founded Select Realty Group, a boutique brokerage offering exclusive, high-touch service to a global clientele. There, he refined his approach, emphasizing authenticity, trust, and personalized attention.
