Margaret Craig

I’m Margaret, your local guide for everything real estate in the Halifax, NS area. I started working in the real estate industry in 2013, after just completing my MBA at Saint Mary’s University. This was a time when the market was struggling both locally and nationally. Having mentored with one of Halifax’s top REALTORS early in my career, I discovered quickly that selling homes involves so much more than signage. I learned to list, sell and market properties during a down-market. That's a massive benefit for you. It gives you a huge advantage now that the market is so competitive. With my extensive experience in new home construction and my keen eye for detail, you can count on me to point out potential pitfalls and ensure you’re protected. I know exactly what to look for and how it may affect your offer. As a negotiator, I come across as soft spoken and excel at crafting compelling arguments, thinking outside the box to put deals together and don't believe in splitting the difference. By combining this knowledge, you can rest assured that you will reap the benefits of a successful real estate negotiation.
