Nicholas Eklund

Nicholas was born and raised in central Minnesota, where he learned the values of hard work, commitment, and integrity. His early years were marked by leadership roles in both school and community organizations, coupled with a deep appreciation for the arts, music, and collectibles. His studies in the arts, music, and theology at Saint John's University crystallized his passions, which continue to influence his approach to luxury real estate.

Nicholas' professional journey spans over a decade in the Northeast Florida market, where he has established a reputation for excellence in buying and selling luxury homes. His experience extends beyond the local market, with significant expertise in his own building, renovation, and design in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach and numerous projects in Spain. This global perspective enriches his approach to real estate helping exceed both seller expectations and find the most discerning buyer the perfect home.

In 2011, Nicholas and his husband settled in Northeast Florida, where they have spent the years designing and building their dream homes in Pablo Creek Reserve as well as The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach. Outside of real estate, Nicholas enjoys getaways with his four children and miniature bull terrier, Lilibet. Time is always set aside during the holidays for family trips to Spain or any of a variety of other destinations both near and far. He also finds solace in playing his concert grand piano, once owned by the legendary Dame Julie Andrews.
