Noel Berk’s real estate career consists of land development, representing buyers and sellers of major office buildings in Manhattan, management of the entire Saks Fifth Avenue portfolio throughout the United States and marketing commercial real estate assets in excess of $2 billion before transitioning into residential real estate sales 15 years ago.

Together with Elizabeth Mercedes Berk, Noel leads the Mercedes Berk Team which ranks as the number one producing team in North America at Engel & Völkers in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020.
