Petya Bokova

I moved from Eastern Europe (Sofia) to Paris in 2009. I studied at Sorbonne University, where I obtained a Professional Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, graduating top of my class. After completing my studies, I worked in the financial markets industry as a Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager for nearly 10 years.

I co-managed two diversified funds and several dedicated portfolios for private clients, designing tailored investment strategies based on their performance objectives, needs, and risk tolerance, representing approximately €850 million in assets under management.

In this role, I assessed and monitored buy-list funds across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. I participated in client meetings, maintained daily contact with private banking relationship managers, and developed both internal and external reporting for clients and family offices.

I joined Engel & Völkers in 2022 and have been in charge of the Private Office since 2024.

I am passionate about sports, particularly CrossFit, and I played volleyball at national level for 20 years. I am also a volunteer for an animal protection association and serve as a board member of my volleyball club, where I oversee financial and budgetary control as well as treasury matters.
