Robert Tait

A Denver native, Robert Tait has been in the real estate industry since 2009 and consistently ranks among the top 1% of Denver Realtors. Known for concierge-level service, integrity, and strategic insight, he is a trusted advisor in luxury real estate who approaches each client’s goals holistically.

Robert has founded and led multiple successful brokerages and teams throughout his career. As Operating Partner of Keller Williams Highlands Ranch, he quadrupled profits in under three years, then relaunched Keller Williams Northern Colorado, growing it into a top-five office in the region. Most recently, he founded Downing Street Group, a premier real estate team serving the Denver market with Engel & Völkers.

His leadership and ethics have earned him numerous accolades, including Most Ethical Business Owner and Top 40 Under 40. Deeply committed to community impact, Robert founded Hunger Free 303, a nonprofit connecting Colorado families with food resources through benefit concerts and fundraisers.

Outside of real estate, Robert is passionate about helping other business. He helps business owners grow from having a job to owning a business by mentoring them in team growth. He also assists them with being more community focused which benefits not only the business, but the community as a whole. Robert enjoys everything Denver has to offer from biking to camping and fishing to live music and plays. He’s on a lifelong hunt to find the best whiskey and coffee in town.
