Thomas Zornow

I am a Private Office Advisor specializing in residential properties. With 30 years of experience in the real estate market and more than 800 successful sales, I am passionate about psychology and sales-coaching books. My strength lies in meticulously analyzing each potential buyer’s needs, which allows me to satisfy clients efficiently and without wasting their time.

Born and raised in Germany, I speak German, English, and Italian.

During my first trip to Italy, 22 years ago, I fell in love with the country — its culture, lifestyle, and unique landscapes — and began dreaming of living here one day.

In 2012, I moved to Lake Maggiore and, with Engel & Völkers, focused on the sale of exclusive properties, mainly to foreign investors.

In 2017, I relocated to the famous island of Capri to help Engel & Völkers open a new agency there, specializing in luxury sea-view properties.

In 2019, I became the Office Manager of the Engel & Völkers shop in Asti, in the Monferrato area — a territory I immediately fell in love with. Thanks to my working methods and team training, the shop’s turnover has consistently grown year after year.

I value teamwork and personal relationships. In my free time, I enjoy chess, practicing karate, and tasting the fine local wines.
