Beautiful Podere with a view of San Gimignano

The beautiful farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and stands on the rolling hills of Chianti. From its privileged position it offers a spectacular 360° panorama and you can admire the wonderful medieval town of San Gimignano and the entire Val d'Elsa. The hamlet consists of 5 buildings restored in typical Tuscan style and some agricultural outbuildings. In the past the complex was used as a farm, at present it is instead used as a holiday home and has therefore been divided into 12 apartments. Inside the main farmhouse there are 8 apartments, 5 of which have a living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, and the other 3 each have a living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. There is also a reception and storage area in the farmhouse. The large detached barn consists of a large and bright living room with dining room, kitchen, pantry and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor are the five bedrooms (four doubles and one single) and two bathrooms, one with tub and the other with shower. The other three apartments are in three independent buildings: two consist of a living room, kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower; the other consists of a living room, kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The main farmhouse is easily convertible into one large unit thanks to the internal staircase already present that joins the ground floor to the first floor. There are also three outbuildings used as storerooms, cellars and technical rooms, a large underground garage and a large car park. From the beautiful 18x8 swimming pool it is possible to enjoy an enchanting panorama with views of the medieval town of San Gimignano and its towers and admire spectacular sunsets.
