Said security deposit shall be returned to the lessee within twenty-one (21) days following the expiration of the lease agreement following verification of the premises by the Lessor or his representative. The cost of any broken, damaged or missing item(s)shall be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit does not preclude the Lessor from pursuing the lessee for damages should the cost exceeds the amount of the security deposit.
