Sec 8 housing voucher not accepted on this property. Must upload a valid government ID & proof of income for the last 2 months. Application fee is non refundable. Electricity must be transferred within 3 days of moving in. The solar panels make the light bill very low. Rent is 1300 a month and a 1300 deposit. 300$ deposit for each approved dog. House is vacant and ready to lease.
