Home 16 is one of only three upper homes with floor to ceiling windows, in the Master Bedroom, and an extra patio. The views from the living room, Guest Master, and Master Bedroom are amazing, especially if you enjoy sitting out on one of your two patios drinking your coffee, while reading the paper and watching the sun rise. Tonopalo is a 1/7th ownership and guarantees that owners will receive 6 planned weeks, with unlimited space available (when available), each year. The on-site staff will take care of things such as housekeeping, maintaining the grounds, grocery shopping, hosting weekly parties, transporting owners to their boats, and making reservations at restaurants, spas, and local activities. The property includes the use of paddle boards, kayaks, sailboats, buoy, a buoy boat, water trampoline, beach service, and daily activities! And let's not forget the sandy beach.
