This property is on the promenade “Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas”, named after Malaga native and Hollywood star Antonio Banderas. It covers the west coast of Málaga city. One of them, the most popular one, is commonly known as “Torre de Mónica” as one young man wrote the name of his beloved after an argument in 1993 and year after year, that woman’s name remained until the restoration of the chimney in 2007. Located in the vicinity, the “Parque del Oeste” is also worth mentioning. At this green area, different spaces coexist and embrace the amusement of the little ones, sport, culture, relaxation etc. This area and the city centre are well-connected by Calle Pacífico and all types of amenities are available to residents in the catchment area such as public transport, services, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
