Excellent South Texas Investment!

191 +/- acre South Texas ranch on the outskirts of Alice, just out of the city limits. A good mix of cultivated farm land (approx. 120 ac farmland) and thick native brush (approx. 70 ac). Excellent paved road frontage on FM 1554. Electricity is on the east side of FM 1554 at the SW corner of this property. City water lines are located on east side of FM 1554, just north of the NW corner of the property, making this an excellent property for future development. Farm land is currently leased on a year to year basis. Again, great investment potential.
