This beautiful, completely renovated country house is located in the heart of Mallorca between Sencelles, Sineu and Ruberts. The historic walls from the 19th century have been lovingly restored, tastefully extended and give the house a very special flair. The finca is surrounded by an elegant garden, various terraces and a pool which invites you to relax. Everyone will find their favourite spot here. You walk in the house's separate entrance area, and from there you enter an office, the large, bright living room and the open kitchen and dining area. The entire length of the living room is bordered by a terrace with magnificent views down to the house's own olive grove, the vineyards and the mountains of the Tramuntana. Also, on the ground floor you will find a studio - bedroom with en suite bathroom and living room - that can be used as a guest flat or for the housekeepers, for example. On the upper floor there are four further, large bedrooms (between 23 and 37 m2) each with bathroom en suite. All rooms are equipped with pellet stoves and air conditioning.
