Comfortable and functional. Within walking distance of the beaches of Punta Piedras, we find this comfortable house for enjoying lovely holidays. The ground floor comprises comfortable living/dining room with wood-burning stove, guest bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and bedroom with en suite bathroom (master). Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. From the hallway on the upper floor, we access a large terrace with armchairs affording sea views. There is a covered BBQ at the rear of the house, front garden and parking area for two vehicles (one covered). The house has reverse-cycle air conditioning in all rooms and sectorized underfloor heating. There is an alarm, cable TV system and WIFI.
