Located about 6 km. In the Center of Montevideo is the Pocitos Nuevo neighborhood, formerly known as La Mondiola neighborhood. A small coastal area that delimits with Pocitos and Buceo, which still preserves many tints of the old City of Montevideo, not having been completely transformed into a neighborhood of high buildings and modern constructions, thus maintaining many one-story houses and high-rise houses.
