Commercial Offices in Montevideo

Located about 6 km. In the Center of Montevideo is the Pocitos Nuevo neighborhood, formerly known as La Mondiola neighborhood. A small coastal area that delimits with Pocitos and Buceo, which still preserves many tints of the old City of Montevideo, not having been completely transformed into a neighborhood of high buildings and modern constructions, thus maintaining many one-story houses and high-rise houses. The architectural identity of the neighborhood is quite peculiar, since although there are currently several projects under construction, there is a large number of old buildings, very well maintained that differentiate it from the neighboring neighborhoods that were almost entirely made new, with high and modern constructions. In addition to the beauty that this aspect gives to the neighborhood, the beautiful coastline that it has, harmonizes the area even more. The gastronomic offer and services that the neighborhood has is increasing more and more, having large surfaces with enough proximity, such as Montevideo Shopping, which makes the area a place of constant commercial growth. The layout of the neighborhood is different from the others, the streets do not maintain a perfect geometric system, with parallel streets of similar size, on the contrary, it has a large number of diagonals and small streets, which added to the numerous squares with those that the area has, make Pocitos Nuevo, a truly unique neighborhood that is worth knowing.
