About 4 hectares are Tannat, 2 hectares of Chardonnay, and the rest among the varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel, and Petit Manseng. The winery has large steel vats capable of storing its production for 12 to 16 months, plus an area with a significant volume of French and American oak barrels for aging, with 1 to 4 years of storage capacity. It also has its own equipment from grape pressing to wine bottling and labeling. The company has highly qualified and specialized personnel in the production of high-quality fine wines. Since the winery is part of the Canelones Wine Route circuit, it has facilities for receiving tourists, gastronomy, and tastings.
