Cozy house in La Barra

House on the Beach in La Barra, Punta del Este. Parking for two cars. Entrance following a hidden path through garden and plants as in Amalfi Coast. Near everything, nightlife, restaurants, bars, shops (car is not needed). Nice views of the beach and sunsets from terraces, living room, dining room, and main bedroom. Separate entrance to the play room, shower outside. In the upper floor we have the big main room with fantastic views of the beach, a sunny bathroom covered with plants, and a private terrace. Going down the cute stairs we have the dining room, living room and big toilet. The kitchen faces the front entrance of the house which is opposite to the big windows that give to the back garden which ends on the beach. One level down we find 3 rooms with 2 twin beds each, two bathrooms (one in suite), the play room with its private entrance from the back garden, and a maid’s room and bathroom.
