Iconic house on the seafront of Playa Brava

Located on the seafront of Playa Brava, withinn beautiful grounds of 5600m2, we find this iconic house in Punta del Este. It dates back to 1960, but thanks to the renovation it has had over time, along with maintenance work, it is in excellent condition. It comprises six bedrooms in total; two in the main house and four in the guest house next to the barbecue. Adjacent to this area, there is also a really large swimming pool.
