Multiple outdoor seating and dining areas, fire pits and a covered living space adjacent to the pool. The house has ceiling to floor length windows throughout, so the entire house is flooded with natural light. Enter into the fully equipped kitchen, with bar counter and comfortable living room - a great spot for morning coffee and watching yachts sail by. There is hallway with fabulous antique cocktail cabinet, which leads to the master bedroom suite, guest bedroom/office and laundry room. Master bedroom has a king bed and wonderful ensuite bathroom with a chandelier. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and is also ensuite - currently being used as an office. If you have guests planning to visit, there is an option to rent the self contained upstairs studio unit for the duration of their stay. Otherwise, this unit will be left empty and not rented. There is an onsite generator, Pool and garden maintenance is included in the rent.
