Spectacular Lagoon, Heads & Sunset Views in Paradise with Ample Parking Spaces

Opportunities to secure a stand of this calibre are exceptionally rare. Set on a uniquely located 1,619m² erf at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the popular suburb of Paradise, this stand offers the chance to build your dream home in a setting that simply cannot be replicated. From here you'll enjoy forever unobstructed Sunset, Lagoon & Heads views, the kind of positioning that only comes along once in a great while. This erf was previously home to the beloved Bradach Manor, a boutique hotel that was tragically lost in the June 2017 Knysna fires. What remains today is a blank canvas: a private, level stand with the foundations of the former building still in place, ready for a new owner to design and build afresh. Approved building plans for the original Bradach Manor are also available, giving a new owner the option to rebuild the house exactly as it once stood, or to start completely fresh with a design of their own. The site's groundwork is a valuable feature for the right buyer. The stand also offers plenty of level parking, plus three additional parking spaces on the cul de sac that are for the sole use of this property. Tucked away in a private, elevated position just minutes from Knysna's town centre, shops, schools and hospital, this is a rare chance to secure a stand with an irreplaceable outlook in one of Knysna's most desirable pockets.
