The registered water rights consist of 45,000 m³ surface water stored in 3 dams, 1 borehole from which may be extracted 37,000 m³ water per annum, 6,600 m³ scheme water as well as 2 registered fountains used for household purposes. All vineyards and Proteas / Pincushions are provided with drip irrigation through an integrated system. Electricity is supplied by Eskom as well as a 5Kva solar system that serves the Manor House.
