'WATERGAT'
The 'Watergat' is a charming two-bedroom house built of stone. It is a self-catering cottage situated approximately 3 km from the main Guest House, perfect for a family or couple who wants to experience the Karoo's beautiful views. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and toilet, plus a kitchenette and large living area. It also features a spacious area from where one can enjoy uninterrupted views of the valley. Indoor and outdoor entertainment facilities include a fireplace, braai, wood fired pizza oven and splash pool.
MANAGER'S HOUSE
The Manager’s House offers luxury accommodation with four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, another bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, separate living area, sun room, kitchen, two garages with electric rolling gates and an outbuilding.
ABATTOIR
The property comprises a purpose-built, licensed abattoir for the slaughter and processing of sheep and game, affording the benefit of associated works for agricultural and game-farming activities. This established facility offers an added attraction of processing produce on the property.
TANNERY
Equipped for leather processing, it consists of eight tanning tanks, one leather processing drum, two buffing machines and numerous moulds for stuffing. In addition, the Tannery provides two offices.
