Responsibilities:
- Carry out the process of valuation and attraction of properties.
- Carrying out the sale and/or rental process with searcher clients.
- Managing client portfolio, planning and carrying out visits.
- Negotiating offers.
- Ensure that our clients receive a premium and highly professional service.
- Promote your area of operation and carry out continuous market research.
- Registering properties and activities in the IT systems.

Minimum requirements:
- Self-employed and commercial contract.
- Demonstrable experience in Sales / Commercial, ideally in the real estate sector or other comparable sector.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm to build your own business.
- Proactive, organised, communication skills, negotiation skills, ability to work as part of a team, mature, positive, motivated and polite.
- Good presence.
- Knowledge or area of residence in one of the working areas: Mirasierra and Puerta de Hierro, Peñagrande, Montecarmelo, Tres Olivos or Fuentelarreina is an advantage.
