Outarelo Palace is a 1924 house-tower. The palace, registered as Cultural Building of National Interest due to its historic value; is an exceptional property located between a residential area and Torrelodones. The palace´s three super structures heights were built of granite stone, with a living space of 846 m2, for a total land lot of 4.458 m2. The palace is surrounded by a well-kept garden. Along the battlement wall, numerous pine trees, evergreens, olive trees and century cypress trees give an added value to this property since all of them possess incredible botanical value, with direct access to the house by car. Ground and first floors have been recently renovated, except the wrought iron bars and front door which were part of the palace´s original structure. The main hall is accessed through the main or south façades, along with the main staircase of the original design leading to the upper levels. This area was once distributed among the main hall, two salons, a small parlour right-left with two bathrooms. The kitchen is located at the back, along with two small rooms. Cellars are located in the basement. On the second floor there are a library, five bed-rooms and three bathrooms. From the master bed-room there is access to the terrace. Below the under roof level there is access to the towers which looking East and North-East. This level accommodates a living-room, three more bed-rooms –one of them lofted ceiling- and a bathroom. Two gate-keeper´s lodges are located next to the main building. There is also an enclosed pergola and fully equipped which has direct access to the main building, plus toilettes, one of them disable access.
