The municipality of Gilet is located in the region of Camp de Morvedre, next to the river Palancia and enjoys an excellent Mediterranean climate, with an average anual temperature of 18.5 oC. The town is 100 m above sea level, 6 km from Sagunto, 15 minutes from the blue flag beaches of Puerto de Sagunto or international schools and 20 minutes from Valencia. It has excellent communication by road and train to Valencia and Castellón. Gilet is equipped with all services such as nursery, school, pharmacy, doctor's office, hypermarket, bars, restaurants, tobacconist, municipal swimming pool or civic center. The municipality is located in the foothills of the Sierra Calderona Natural Park and is crossed by the GR-10, a long-distance path between Puzol and Lisbon, which is why it enjoys a fabulous hiking and cycling network among the pine trees, as well as some crowded barbecue areas in the vicinity of the Santo Espiritu del Monte monastery, probably the best tourist area of the region. The urbanisation of the townhouse we present is in the monastery vicinity, with a great presence of nature. Gilet constitutes an excellently located population, as evidenced by the seven urbanizations have proliferated in its term, with tourist or residential purposes.
