Esporles is a charming mountain village at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, about 15 minutes from Palma and 20 minutes from the airport. There is also a busy calendar of small events and fiestas with the most famous being the annual pastry food festival in October. Over the years Esporles has attracted a large number of international residents, partly due to its quiet location and proximity to Palma and the airport.
