It is a designer house, awarded for its special architectural features at the Venice Architecture Biennale, with special mention to its two white concrete staircases, with a solid American oak wood top, which support themselves, without lateral supports, and which allow the entrance of natural light. It responds to a contemporary project, already very advanced in its day, and continues to be a model and reference for current constructions. Detached house with 400 m2 built on an estate of almost 4,000 m2 enclosed around its perimeter. Its structure is modular, with a system of connected mezzanines, and one of the modules (with master bedroom, bathroom and study-room) in the form of a tower maintains a total level of privacy with respect to the other elements of the house.
