The finca is located on the edge of a fertile valley in the north-east of Mallorca. Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca, can be reached in just over 10 minutes. The town is known for its furniture stores and the famous Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy with its international public school. Manacor has everything you need to live all year round. The small medieval town of Artá is around 20 minutes away and offers numerous lovely restaurants, cafés and shops for a stroll. The weekly market, which takes place every Tuesday, is famous throughout the island. The coastal towns of Son Serra de Maria and Colónia St. Pere can also be reached in around 20 minutes. Here, beautiful beaches invite you to swim. Nature lovers in particular will enjoy the wonderful hilly landscape around the finca and the proximity to the Llevante Nature Park.
