The neighbourhood of Ibiza in the Retiro district is a quiet residential neighbourhood, with all the comforts of having everything within walking distance, and very pleasant to live in, with a privileged location next to the Salamanca neighbourhood and Calle Goya, the Plaza Felipe II a stone's throw from the Puerta de Alcalá and the Prado Museum.
