Lledías: Location and surroundings of this property

Our property is located in the village of Lledías, better known as the residential area of Posada in Llanes. With only 250 inhabitants, it is characterised by being a quiet village under the Sierra del Cuera. It is just a few metres from Posada, where the locals lead a more active life as it is almost as important as the town of Llanes itself. The main festivity in Posada is celebrated on July 25th, the day of Santiago Apostle and in Lledías the celebration is in honour of San Francisco. Lledías is a desirable place to spend a good holiday or to settle down for good. Winters are warm and summers are mild, which allows you to rest during the night. The tourists who frequent this area tend to be mountain or beach lovers, golfers or hikers. Its beaches encourage visitors to spend a few days relaxing and forget the hustle and bustle of the big cities. The distance to the main beaches in the area, San Antolín de Bedón, Torimbia, Toranda and Barro, is no more than 5.5 km.
