L'Estartit: Location and surroundings of this property

L’Estartit is a town belonging to the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí on the Costa Brava. It is a very touristy town, surrounded by green mountains the Mediterranean Sea and close to the archipelago of the Medes Islands, considered a coveted destination for diving tourism. It has beautiful beaches, the so-called Playa Grande, which is divided into three parts: the Main Beach, just over a kilometer long and located in the residential area of the town; Griells Beach, half a kilometer long and located between the Ter Vell Nature Reserve and the urbanization that gives it its name, "Els Griells", and La Pletera beach, almost two kilometers long and the quietest of all.
