Your property is checked regularly and you receive preferential
treatment from our partners.
We work with a carefully selected
and absolutely trustworthy partner who checks your apartment/your
villa/your finca as required on a weekly or biweekly basis. Our partner
checks among other items the functionality of the alarm system, the
lights, the flushing system, the water levels and the rain pipes. After
every control visit you receive the protocol itemising the visit. If
requested, repairs can be conducted.
