With a distinguished career that began in private banking, Pauline Leale transitioned into real estate over 20 years ago and has since become a trusted name in Dubai’s luxury property market. Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Pauline has called Dubai home since 2002, bringing both global perspective and local expertise to her role as a Private Office Advisor at Engel & Völkers.

Before entering the real estate industry, Pauline served as Head of Private Banking for RBS in the Isle of Man. She later went on to establish and run her own real estate company in Dubai, twice. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a refined understanding of the luxury segment and the specific needs of high-net-worth individuals.
