Daniel Kalchishkov

Daniel Kalchishkov, Investment Advisor at Engel & Völkers Dubai, brings more than 15 years of international corporate and business experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Originally from Germany and fluent in English, German, and Bulgarian, he combines a strong financial background with extensive expertise in negotiation, strategic planning, and investment analysis. Daniel holds a degree in Finance from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and built his leadership career with Siemens Healthineers, holding management positions in Germany, the UAE, and Singapore.

He is also a co-author of the book Get Rich with Real Estate Deals in Bulgaria and holds a Negotiation Mastery Certificate from Harvard Business School.
