About the Role

This commission-only role is perfect for go-getters who thrive on uncapped earnings and want the freedom to shape their own success. You’ll manage transactions for high-value:
Office spaces
Retail properties
Industrial sites
Prime land
You’ll work closely with property owners, developers, investors, and tenants—offering expert advice and delivering premium service throughout every stage of the deal.
What You’ll Do
Represent commercial properties across Dubai’s key business zones
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and investors
Conduct property viewings, price negotiations, and contract facilitation
Stay ahead of market trends and maintain detailed property insights
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Engel & Völkers standard
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in sales or commercial real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A client-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a passion for exceeding targets
