Semi-detached house with three winds and exposed brickwork in Montmeló. Built in 2010, it has a built area of 229 m² and is surrounded by a courtyard where we find the barbecue area and a wooden porch that allows you to enjoy the outdoor area throughout the year. At street level we have the main entrance to the house where we find the guest bathroom with laundry area, a very bright staircase located in the hall, the spacious dining room and kitchen. Through these two rooms we can access the outdoor patio. This is very spacious, allowing to place a swimming pool for the summer.
