The first quarter of 2025 was the most successful in our history. Compared to the same period in 2024:
Transactions increased by 33%
Total value sold grew by 44%
Net commission income rose by 43%
Sales above AED 10 million were up by 48%
We also witnessed our best-ever performance in secondary market sales, mortgages, and conveyancing.
Supporting this momentum, we recently moved into our new headquarters in Jumeirah Village Triangle and continued our international roadshows across Spain, Lebanon, Nigeria, and Geneva, building global relationships with sophisticated investors.
