As a real estate consultant, I have been working at Engel & Völkers Vienna since the beginning of 2022. My focus is on properties in the inner districts, ranging from small city apartments to the luxury segment. The 4th district has particularly captured my heart: the vibrant hustle and bustle at the Naschmarkt, the local concept stores, and cozy cafés in the Freihausviertel, along with the proximity to the beautiful Belvedere Gardens and, last but not least, the Inner City, make Wieden my favorite place in Vienna.
