As Executive Office Manager for Brussels and Walloon Brabant, I play a central role in coordinating and optimising branch operations. On a day-to-day basis, I provide active support to the Office Managers, assist them with human resources, oversee the accounting aspects and maintain constant vigilance to ensure that operations run smoothly.

With a collaborative and proactive approach, I work closely with the teams to ensure that each branch has the tools, support and resources it needs to develop smoothly. My aim is to create a structured, efficient working environment that is conducive to professional fulfilment, while remaining attentive to the specific needs of employees and changing organisational priorities.
